"Two Seas" is a mini luxury estate set on the beautifully remote Sound of Winding Bay on the Atlantic (East) side of Eleuthera, on of the least frequented yet alluring of the larger Bahamian islands.

The estate consists of a main house, a guest house, three acres of landscaped garden and 205 feet of private beach.

Eleuthera is one hundred and ten miles long but just one mile wide in most parts. However, in the very North and South it stretches out to approximately half a dozen miles. Les Mazels is a beautiful 18th to 19th century stone built farmhouse complex with 4,198 sq ft of living space. Set in 2 ½ acres and nestled into a south facing slope, the property enjoys splendid and dominant views to the east and west over the Aveyron gorge with not a blemish in sight.

The complex comprises of two houses, a barn, a pigeonnier and two further outbuildings.
