The Belgravia Bugle

A busy start to the New Year for WQ…

First and foremost, we would like to wish our readers, clients, applicants and friends a very happy and prosperous start to the New Year.

Christmas is a notoriously quiet time in the residential London market and indeed it was for us at Wellbelove Quested. However, just before we broke up for the festive period, there was a flurry of activity on a beautiful family home we had been marketing on the much-admired Gerald Road, in the heart of Belgravia.

What can you do to help sell your property?

We are often asked by clients if there is anything they could do to implement the sale of their property. We have had various suggestions from playing Piano Concerto No. 21 in a property on Mozart Terrace to brewing fresh coffee.

We have come up with a few agent tips to help you create the perfect environment for a viewing so as we can get on with our job of selling your home.

Ambassadorial Moves - Mid - August Comment

August is always a quiet month in Belgravia however the undercurrent suggests that there is still plenty of purchasing power in London and demand from abroad.

It seems that it is not only Belgravia that is seeing the property usage change from Embassy or commercial to residential but also the Mayfair market which has seen a recent resurgence of gentrification. Old offices are out and the demand for the designer residential, also known as “des-res”, is back.

While The Cats Away...

August is a notoriously quiet month in Prime Central London (PCL) and whilst the gentle summer breeze sweeps the tumbleweed along our beautiful streets, many of the residents have donned their Sebago’s and floated off to enjoy the sunshine at Cowes Week.
